FAQs

  • While this is one of the first questions we are always asked, it's also one of the most difficult to answer. When building truly custom homes on a wide variety of sites, building costs can vary widely. I've often joked with our clients that it is a little like asking, "How much does a bag of groceries cost?" Until we know what you want in the bag, where you want to shop, and a few more details that come with time, we can't accurately answer that question. Based on a few simple initial questions, we will provide a rough ballpark budget before moving too far into the details. Click the “connect” button at the top of this page and complete the form shown to get the ball rolling.

  • Each client is unique, so the answer does vary. Both the pre-construction and construction timelines depend on various factors including the level of complexity, desires of the client, permitting processes of the various areas we build in, etc. However, on average we typically spend 6-8 months with our clients in the pre-construction process and 12-16 months of actual construction.

  • Unfortunately, no. We have learned it's best to let us maintain control of all aspects of the project, from material procurement to installation. Due to licensing and permit requirements, along with schedule, warranty, and liability concerns, we do not allow our clients to work on their homes.

  • We currently build in El Paso County, Elbert County, Douglas County, and Teller County, but we are open to working all along the front range of Colorado. Our growth plans include more building in the Denver area and Summit County.

  • We are truly 100% custom, which means we cater the features of our homes to the unique style, desire, and scope of work developed through our pre-construction process. We will work with any vendor and consider any scope of work to build the home of your dreams. All decisions and selections have budget implications, so we work with each client to recommend the best solutions that meet their needs and desires, while keeping value at the forefront regarding budgets. All of our homes typically include high-end finishes and the best quality craftsmanship from our team and our trade partners.
